While we do not offer free entry by default, we extend complimentary passes at our sole discretion guided by our internal policies and values.

For family or friends visiting with disabled guests, we offer one(1) free entry for one(1) disabled person with every one(1) paying guest.

For group visits involving disabled persons, we may offer special group discounts or complimentary access depending on the nature of the visit and eligibility under our Charitable Access Policy stated below.

Please contact us in advance so we can review your request and make the necessary arrangements.
